USPA TICOP Sponsorship
Please join the USPA and our current sponsors in supporting our TICOP sponsorship activities. Your support will help many of our TICOP activities, including travel assistance to young engineers and researchers, students, and high school teachers. It will also help with the English language publication products, which your organization will certainly find valuable for years.
» Sponsor Now: Online Donation Form TICOP Registration FeesEstimated registration fees will range between $1550 and $2820 depending on level of accommodations. Regular registration will cover roundtrip travel costs by charter flight between Moscow and Salekhard, conference registration fees, and all costs in Salekhard (meals, social events and accommodation), with the cost of the total package depending on the level of accommodation selected. It does not include local Moscow costs, but arrangements are being made for convenient conference hotels in Moscow and transport to the airport. Charter flights to Salekhard will be scheduled over a two-day period depending on travelers' pre-conference meetings in Salekhard. In short, you will only have to pay the flight to Moscow and lodging in Moscow, the rest is taken care of.

Discounts of 50 USD will be applied to individual paying members of the IPA. » Register Now IARC Travel SupportThe International Arctic Research Center (IARC) is providing partial travel support for students, post-doctoral researchers, faculty, and investigators at U.S. institutions to participate in TICOP. Young investigators, students, and members of under-represented groups are especially encouraged to apply. Application deadline is April 16, 2012. USPA Travel StipendsThe USPA will be announcing additional Travel Stipend program in the next few weeks. Please keep checking this website, or contact us for more information. The Stipend program will focus on young engineers, scientists, university students, and K-12 teachers.
TICOP Travel Information
Alaska Travel Source is assisting USPA by helping US attendees with travel arrangements to Russia.
